Our architecture and interiors teams work side by side from day one, not in sequence. A floor plan and a material palette get decided in the same conversation, not two months apart.

Our site and execution team stays on a project from the first mock-up to the final punch list — the same people who drew a detail are the ones checking it gets built right.​​

Studio Leadership

Founded by Aman Issar, the studio is led by a small group of senior architects and designers who each carry projects end-to-end, rather than passing them down a chain.

Every Unbox project is planned as a functional, low-maintenance framework first. In the past, spaces were designed to impress on handover day — today, they need to hold up five years in, whether that's a home, an office floor, or a restaurant kitchen. We choose finishes that age with a space, not just photograph well on day one.
