Set on a one-acre farmland in Dera Mandi, Delhi, Nandavrat Farmhouse was designed for two brothers, their families, and their parents to share — without retreating from each other. Communal spaces flow into gardens and water at ground level; bedrooms sit above, wrapped in a perforated brick screen for privacy without disconnection.
