Moving from a dated, hierarchical layout to an open plan, the design uses metal as its material language — the same engineering discipline JAI brings to every spring it builds.

For Sunstar Forge's 8,000 sq ft office in Greater Noida, we moved away from a dated, hierarchical layout to an open plan built to attract younger talent. Set within a raw industrial shell, the design uses metal throughout — a material language drawn straight from the client's own forging business.

For Satyam Auto Industries' 5,500 sq ft office in Gurugram, we built the interiors around the client's own material — metal. Brass and steel surfaces run through reception, cabins, and workstations, a quiet nod to auto parts manufacturing. The result feels precise, industrial, and unmistakably theirs.

At Himmaleh Spirits' Faridabad headquarters, we let the product tell the story. A brass repoussé desk greets you at reception. A parametric chandelier, built from bottle forms, hangs above. The facade reads like topography. Even the boardroom table is cast in concrete. Every material choice ties back to craft — theirs, and ours.

Designed for the Trade Promotion Council of India, this Delhi office hosts delegates from across nations under one roof. As a semi-government space, it needed to feel forward-thinking yet distinctly Indian — so we wove traditional craft into a modern language, creating an environment that represents India to the world it welcomes in.

Designed for Emecon Controls, an engineering consultancy with a fast-growing team, this contemporary office was built around belonging as much as function.
